REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is simple. But, let's be sure you understand our language.
All cancellations must be requested through your Chatergy account on the cancellation page. Be sure to retain a copy of your confirmation; however, we don't foresee any discrepancies on our side.
Chatergy is known for its own language. We modify stereotypical language and terms to fit a definition that is otherwise ugly and offensive so your experience is a positive one. We want to be sure you have a clear understanding, as we try to keep it short and sweet so that you can get on with your day.
Our language includes:
A service can be a fee-based or free session, video, program, class, or chat and group chat that you can schedule on the Chatergy platform.
A host on the Chatergy website is called a Chatergist who can be a Life Coach or qualified experienced individual who has knowledge and experience in the area of service that you seek.
Chatergists are not employed by Chatergy LLC and operate independently.

Membership is free and is subject to change and/or be canceled by the administrator at anytime.
Your membership can be canceled for the following reasons. A monthly membership fee are non-refundable unless cancellation is requested within 5 days from the date your monthly payment is due and this must be approved by the admin team.
Violation of Terms/Policy
Fraudulent Activity
Inactivity or Disengagement
Unsolicited advertising not approved by the admin team
Offensive verbal or non-verbal language
Client Request
Pre-scheduled session(s) with a Chatergist - refund or credit is at the discretion of your Chatergist who work independently and are not employed by Chatergy LLC. Refunds will be considered for any service that you have scheduled with your Chatergist including the following services, but not limited to:
Private Sessions
Group Sessions
Classes, Videos
Texting Sessions
Other Virtual Sessions
Live-Session Seminar
FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, AS STATED ON THE CONTRACT, THE FOLLOWING SERVICE(S) MUST BE CANCELLED in the following manner:
LOCAL LIVE-SESSION SEMINAR - No later than 1 week prior to the scheduled service date.
FOR A PARTIAL REFUND (minus travel expenses and a non-refundable deposit) AS STATED ON THE CONTRACT, THE FOLLOWING SERVICE(S) MUST BE CANCELED in the following manner:
OUT OF TOWN REQUIRING TRAVEL - No later than 3 (three) weeks prior to the scheduled service date.
I fully understand the refund policy and agree to all of the above terms in addition to the Terms & Conditions of this website, pi-speaker.com, Chatergy, Chatergy.com. cheryldring.com. I understand the strict refund policy and agree not to hold a host personally or professionally responsible for disputes, non-refundable fees, or cancellations that are not recieved. I understand that I must cancel my session through the Chatergy.com website and retain my confirmation of my cancelation.
I agree that I will not make an attempt or successfully contact a host outside of the Chatergy platform. If it is discovered that there has been communication between myself and a host from the Chatergy platform I will be banned from the Chatergy site indefinitely, and the host will be banned from the Chatergy site indefinitely. I agree that I will lose any credit or monetary payments made to the site for service(s) that are unused from the time I banned from the site.
